To stay COVID Safe everyone must always do these things:

Keep your distance – stay at least 1.5 metres away from other people.
We offer hand sanitiser at the front door and masks if you have any flu-like symptoms.
Appointments
Please telephone our practice to schedule an appointment. Alternatively, you may visit our website to make an appointment online or through Hotdocs – www.hotdocs.com.au. Patients requiring urgent attention will be given priority upon informing our reception team.
Longer Consultations
Longer consultations are available with our Doctors providing that notice is given at the time of scheduling an appointment. Please advise our reception staff if you require more time with your Doctor. Should you attend an appointment without allowing the appropriate time with your Doctor, you may be required to reschedule your appointment for another day, at your Doctor’s discretion.
Walk-in Appointments
Walk-ins will be allocated the first available consultation however, may be required to wait until a Doctor is available. Unless the patient requires urgent medical attention, those who have scheduled an appointment ahead of time will receive priority over those who have not.
After hours or Emergency care
For after-hours care in case of emergency, contact our clinic on (07) 56396688. You will then have the option to have your call redirected to our on call Doctor, please note there is an after-hours fee of $210
Home Visits
Home visits are available for regular patients within a 10km radius whose conditions prevent them from attending the practice. Should you require this service, please contact our reception team to schedule a time with your Doctor.
