Test Results
To follow up on results, please contact our reception team within 2 – 3 business days of conducting the tests to ascertain if an appointment is necessary. Results if not urgent can be done via telehealth.
Fees and billing arrangements
Our practice offers bulk billing services to all patients with a valid Medicare Card / DVA Card, for standard appointments. Practice and facility fees may apply for certain appointment types and patients will be advised of any out of pocket expense prior to their appointment or at the time of booking.

Reminder System
Our practice is committed to preventative healthcare. Upon registering with our practice, you will be asked if you consent to receiving reminders in relation to upcoming appointments. These reminders will be in the form of either an SMS or a telephone call, and you may opt out of the reminder system at any time by notifying our reception team.
Referrals and engaging with other services
Our practice regularly engages with local health services, such as specialists, allied health and hospitals. If required, your GP will provide a referral letter to the appropriate source in order to plan and facilitate optimal patient care
