Communication / Telephone policy
Patients are unable to be transferred through to speak with their Doctor unless prior arrangements have been made, or they are returning a Doctor’s call. Should you need to speak with your Doctor, a message can be left with our reception team. The Doctor will then determine whether a direct call back is appropriate or an appointment is necessary.
Doctors are unable to be disturbed while in consult unless the matter is urgent.
Patient rights & feedback:
As a patient, you have a right to participate in decisions regarding your healthcare. If you have any constructive suggestions, or are unhappy with the service you have received, please speak to a member of the clinical team, or reception staff. You may prefer to contact the practice manager. Alternatively, our practice offers a suggestion box should you wish to keep your advice anonymous. Or use our suggestions box. We take your concerns, suggestions and complaints seriously.
